Their plans are not free but you get a good bit of space (depending on which plan you choose) and a massive amount of daily/monthly bandwidth too. The best part about this site is you only have to pay once. No joke. Plans range from $3 to $30.

Dreamcasthaven.com a site I helped co-found has been hosted on Freepgs for over 2 years with basically no problems. I highly recommend them.

I am sorry but paying $20 for a domain has ended long time ago, look at companies like 1and1.com for as little as 3.99 per month you get a free domain. or nexscorp, there hosting exclusive for their design clients, their hosting price start from $2.99 per month with free domain.
