I want to start a web page design company?

does anyone know where I can find a free or very cheat web hosting companies that has everything including Free Domain Name, Free Site Promotion, Free SiteBuilder with templates, and all the other things I need on building and getting my business running without all the hidden fees.

there are plenty of free webhosts but you wont find any that offer free domain names.

best bet for domain names is to google search 'godaddy coupons' and find a $1 off coupon or something.

I think you should become a domain name and webhost reseller. So you when you design the site. You can make money on the hosting and domain name. I used makemoneysellingdomainnames.com But it seems like you don't want to spend any money. You can try tripod or geocities but I don't think you will be able to get a free domain name anywhere.
