What does turn-the-key mean in turnkey website? |
I was looking at turnkey sites on dotcomsetup.com, and i noticed it says "A turnkey website is sold as completely functional, operating website, with hosting and domain name included. All the buyer needs to do is "turn the key" and they are ready to do business" It's a pretty meaningless corporate jargony phrase (like "solution") that's supposed to mean that there's nothing to build or do, just "turn the key," like in a car, to turn it on and get going. I think what they mean by turnk a key is you basicly get your site and hosting and you are good to go. I own a site that sells turnkey sites TurnkeyTavern.com $39 and once you choose the name of your site we set it up. Then the customer needs to market it. thats pretty muchit Report It |
