China & India's economies have grown & their people are demanding more oil and competing with the US for the same oil. Now the same US corporations that outsourced jobs/manuf. are having to pay more for products/goods/etc. due to the oil price increases. Where did they win? Americans are footing the burden too with the rising cost of oil. Who is raising the demand for foreign oil, India & China! They are moving to a more properous way of life and thus need more oil.
