I need some REAL dating advice from women please.....?

So here is a brief synopsis:

I am a real working professional in the Business Consulting industry, and I wanted to get some advice from girls around my age or older (24 is my age) about how I may go about asking out a fellow co-worker on a date without looking like a tool or something. I know there is some level of mutual attraction there, I just don't want to ask her and then have things get weird at work.

I know a lot of you will say not to do it all, but please try to avoid that conclusion.

My main question is "How can I ask her out (respectfully of course) in such a manner that she will want to say yes?"

(How would someone have to ask you out in order for you to say yes?)

I would arrange drinks after work with a few others first and ask her if she would like to come along too.

While out in the group I would say ' Would you like to go out for a meal or drink sometime, without this lot of course?'. I know it sounds corny but just be yourself and act as if it is no big deal whether she says yes or no. If someone is overkeen and looks devastated when you say no it can be off-putting. If someone is casual and confident in themselves that's really attractive.

dont know really, this probably doesnt help, because i have been with the same person since I was 16, im now 26. But if I were single and I really, really liked the person and he told me there was a live band playing somewhere and would I like to go check them out with him(for example- first figure out what her interests are) I'd say yes for sure. like i said im probably not much help here, but if it were me i'd enjoy somthing more casual as a first "date" so that there isnt that wierd pressure there.

Dont ask her out on a date at the office. Why not in passing ask if she wanted to have coffee with you outside of work, Then during this time tell her your intention and ask her out. gud luck

Would you like to see the restaurant which it opened just know?

complement her........... then ask her to help in something in work.........then ask her out to dinner!..........good luck

example: "Hey Susan, wanna go get a bite after work?"

ask me nicely, and dont be too forward, i'll run from you!

Well I'm not anywhere near 24.. Sorry I'm only 15 but I'll try to answer your question.

Well since shes a co-worker, ask her for coffee or tea for first and if she had a good time there in a few days/weeks ask her to like a movie or an amusement park. Something she may like to do.

Another thing, is if she liked you she would say yes unless she is busy that day. Ask her what she may be doing after work and if she says nothing say "Would you like to go for dinner/breakfast/lunch my treat"

Things wont get weird unless you are all like "I like you wanna go out with me?" or " I like you lets go to a movie sometime"

People like that get no where really when it comes to relationships.
Don't don't seem nervous when you do it or like you are desperate.

Also one more thing is to not ask her out in front of people I mean it might build ten-son in you and her and she might say the wrong answer and either way things will get weird.

All I can really think of. Best of luck
