What do you call a company that has many businesses under one name?

I have a few business that I want to include under one title.

-Consulting
-Restaurant
-Education Academy
-Production studio

Is there a name for this type of company? It's time for a financial transfusion and I have to write a proposal.

It might be called a diversified company or multi channel company.
Companies in the world has flourished their business by diversification and thus protected themselves for any periodic dismal effect on a particular sphere of their presence for some considerable period and ultimately stands bold in its health by dint of its presence in the other spheres which are having good or reasonable profit over the same same period.
You can give it a good name with the word _______ divers or _____ diversified.

an "umbrella" company

Others have definitely correct answers. I may add "franchise", i.e., McDonalds.
