I take one alzolam 0.5 and one amit 25 mg tablet each night at 10 o clock After 2 hours I feel too sleepy and?

go for bed.. I get up in the morning at not before 10 o clock. Whole the day I feel sleepy and lazy. my brain feels pain, eyes becomes red. I completed my graduation now looking for job but unable to get yet. I had a business, I have girl friend. both I missed and was frustrated much before 8 months,at a time,I tried to suicide few times but I am caward.overall,a recession I found at my life. Then, I consulted a psychiatric who gave me the above mentioned medicine. I need to get marry but I do not have job,I left saying pray,mixing with society and pass whole the time either watching tv or chatting.few times I become fad upped but nothing to do.cause I do not have job,I do not have money.this is why my family,my gf,and the society started calling me mad.which really makes me feel like an underachiever.after thinking lot.i decided not to think about money and girl,but dam my mind is in love of those.please give me suggestion.

You should talk to the psychiatrist about feeling so sleepy and ask if a change of medication might help. You might find that meditation will help with sleep and in general.

It sounds like you need to talk through your issues with someone. Can you call a free helpline like the Samaritans, or see a counsellor? Talking honestly with a trusted friend might help too.
