Dominatrix Question....? |
Hi! I only want to hear from those who are currently or have been in the past paid professional dominatrixes in CA that did not work in a dungeon-private sessions. I know enough "in the scene" to know what to do in the session and consulting with the client what he would want. I know about safewords, backgrounds checks, having his legit home address and phone number, meeting in a hotel room I rent-not at his house or mine. Of course no sex, hand jobs or anything illegal, getting a business license, will put aside 25% for taxes, not hiring any employees, just a friend as an independent contractor to be my "silent alarm" and webmaster. Is there anything else, even if redundant, I should know? Not just safety, but legal. Any and all advice from prodommes in CA are welcome. All this sounds very far-fetched and impractical, first of all. Secondly, trust me when I tell you this, Its not legal! Not a dominatrix, but to rebut the previous poster, it is not illegal. Having sex for money is illegal, but there are "dungeons" that are legitimate business, even so far as logged with the IRS and pay taxes as a known business. |
