What can i do over the summer that i can put on a job application form/cv to demonstrate teamwork?
and other things employers look for?
absolutely anything that i can get involved in that wont be too difficult to organise
preferably related to business/accountancy but thats not crucial

Try volunteering at a not-for-profit. Many such roles would help to check the box for teamwork. You might also be able to select a role that allows you to utilize business/accountancy tools. Look online in your newspaper for work, or just start smiling and dialing. Call places and tell them you have some time to devote if they have a role that fits your needs. The worst you can do in this case is waste some time, although even then you will be crafting your sales techniques.

You could look for volunteering opportunities in your area. A lot of charitable organisations like Cancer aid, Mental health drop-in's, homeles shelter's etc NEED volunteers to keep records of accounts etc.

That always looks good on a CV.
