How do I answer this question for an application...?

I have been given this question to answer as part of an application packet as a program coordinator for 4-H. I have extensive experience in all aspects of 4-H including volunteering and being a leader. I also have my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education. The question is "Describe your experience in providing a successful leadership role within a youth development program involving volunteers, youth and parents." I want to provide an answer that will really stick out among applicants.. .but the experiences i am coming up with all seem blah. Anyone have an example of something interesting that might jog something i have experienced?

I cannot tell you what you experienced./ Think back at what happened, particularly compliments that you may have received.
