Can I enter one college of a university and then change it to another?

Hello, I have a question, pls.
I'm an international student. I've already received admission letters from a number of US universities, e.g. Purdue, Quinnipiac, Northeastern, Denison. I have applied for Buseness administration or Management colleges/schools. However some of these universities offered me admissions to technical or liberal arts colleges (in my applications I mentioned that I have computer programming/web-site development skills and work experience). I have to make a decision now where to go, but need to know if it is possible to transfer from one college to other within a university. Meaning if I accept the offer and enter a technical college how soon if at all will I be able to transfer to a business college within one and the same university. And if a scholarship can be retained. Please, advise. I appreciate your assistance very much.

Yes you can transfer to other colleges, however scholarships will not transfer from school to school. You have to apply to the school you want to transfer and wait for them to send you a new I20, thats different form the original one you used for the school you applied. Then, you have to get a visa using that I20.
