Rapid Application Development (RAD)?

what are the guidelines or tips for organizing a RAD team?

what procedures are neccessary for development in a RAD environment?

Basically once you have defined the requirements you'll want to break things down into components. Each of these components should be handled by a separate team. The teams don't need any communication between each other and the components should be able to fit together in the end.

Issues: Lots of developers and hard to change the project while you are working on it unless a new component is the change.

I also use the bottom up approach when testing my components seeing as you don't always know what they will be used for.

As far as organizing a team split them into smaller groups each of them has a component to work on .
