How can end-user computer help an organisation in the application development?

The end-user can help with application development by telling the developer what they want for their application(s). Once the developer has created the application the end user will then be called upon, again, to test the application....you know try to break it, and see if its what they want.
In a nut shell, the end-user is the customer of the application developer.
