Is Mac Pro a Good laptop for the windows application development(VS.NET)?

Was Thinking of buying a new laptop(have a toshiba now).The mac,never used a mac before,would like to work on it,maybe learn mac programming on it.Dont know how it performs on windows platform.can some one give a input on this?

A Mac Pro is a desktop computer. Perhaps you were thinking MacBook Pro?

You can run most operating systems simultaneously on any new Mac. Mac's are really great machines for application development.
