What is ment by "Improve Continuously & Self-Development" in application form?

quite unsure what is ment by this, any help will be appreiated

Don't worry, the fool who wrote the form doesn't know either.

Basically they want you to demonstrate how you have undertaken to keep learning and improving in your job. This is learning outside of the formal education systems and recognised certificates.

For example.
Computers, subscribe to computer magazines.
Business, workshops you attend, things you do, such as helping out other departments with projects so you can learn, undertaking tasks above your job level for learning. etc
Sex, studying the kama sutra, viewing porn web sites at work...anyway you get the idea.

Continuous and Never Ending Improvement.
Means that you are constantly studying and learning to get better and better. It's like KAIZEN...working hard towards the path of perfection but never getting there. That's what the japanese do.

I wonder if you are actually going to fill in any part of this application form by yourself? You should give it a go, if you don't know what these things mean then maybe you shouldn't be applying for the job.

It means they have very poor English. They could try Improve Self-Development continously, or Continously Self-Develop and improve. Either way, your going to have to back it up with an example.

that your always looking for ways to develop yourself - shows your determined and willing to learn
self developement is very much the same that your eager to learn and better yourself - for example doing extra courses leaning new computer packages hope this helps a little
