Best folder structure?

what is the best folder structure for a .net application an ERP solution for the development which includes requirements to the build all of it detailed.

Well, the best folder structure is to allow for the different areas (GL, AP, AR...) under their respective folders. You should also allow for the ability to introduce newer version of each program to be automatically selected.
