Undergraduate Degree or graduate degree?

I am applying for Sacramento state universirty, i am a transfer student and i am having a difficult time applying.

when i called admissions, they asked if i am applying for the undergraduate or graduate degree. AND I HAD NO IDEA WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT. SO I JUST ASSUMED UNDERGRADUATE SINCE I DON'T HAVE A DEGREE
i then checked my application status online and it says that Program Undergraduate Degree..

I am majoring in child development and i want a master's degree

should i apply for undergraduate or graduate degree?

undergrad basically means seeking bachelor's degree. once your get that degree, then you apply as a graduate student to seek your masters. so your good for now.

Well, in order to do a graduate degree, you need an undergraduate degree. If you don't have an undergrad degree, that's what you have to do first.

Graduate programs are typically much more intense and focused than undergrad degrees. But in order to get into a grad program, most times requiring a test such as the GRE, and you will have to have an undergrad degree - sometimes you have to have a specific undergrad degree with specific classes.

If you have an undergraduate degree, you would be entering the graduate program. If not, you should apply for the undergraduate degree. You cannot apply for grad school until you finish you undergraduate studies...with a degree.
