Can anyone recommend a good ASP (not ASP.NET) reference book? |
I am a ColdFusion developer, but have been asked to provide maintenance on an application that was built in classic ASP. I need a solid reference book, aimed at professional programmers (not beginners), that I can use to teach myself what I need to know (which I expect to be mostly syntax, as opposed to web development concepts). I know SQL well, so the book does not need to focus on that. I've been happy with Osborne Publishing's "The Complete Reference" series (i.e. JavaScript: The Complete Reference) but have not been able to find a book on ASP in that series. One book I really liked on ASP is "Designing Active Server Pages" by Scott Mitchell of 4GuysFromRolla: |
