What are the basically asked questions and there answers in job interview of freshers in marketing after mba?

i m pusuing mba with specialisation in marketing i have done my graduation in bachelors of computer application and will now be giving campus interviews for jobs.as concerned with my work ex i have worked as customer support executive in hutch, as a busuiness development in reliance and as a team coach in idea

The first thing an interviewer will notice is your speech. Marketing is all about communicating the right message in a clear concise manner. I'm not trying to put you down. It's just that if the interviewer can't understand you, they won't hire you. It's just that simple. Focus on improving your English. Hire a private tutor. It really will help.

As for the interviews, they always ask about work experience, what you did at your last job, what you can bring to the company you want to work for. Practice your answers with friends so you can respond with proper grammar and pronunciation.

Good Luck.

If you ask this question, then you should never have been allowed entrance to an MBA programme. Read Minzberg on MBA.

Whatever you do, don't put anything in writing--that is, don't give written answers to any questions. Frankly, your spelling and grammar are so bad as to make a prospective employer wonder whether you've graduated from grade school.

I've employed a number of MBA grads and PhD grads. Questions I ask generally have to do with the person's history (I always check references and double-check academic records), his/her ability to communicate effectively, work well with others, and set clear goals and objectives (and meet them in a timely fashion).

Good luck.
