VB6 Version Outdated message after deployment??

Hello,

I am facing a strange problem, I am using a HTTP usercontrol in my application (The usecontrol is included in the .vbp project file as source) , it works fine on two of my development machines but when I make a setup using Nullsoft installtion system with all the required dependencies included and install it on another system it gives me the error below;

sounds to me like the control isn't getting registered properly or an exisitng version of the control needs to be unregistered and the new one registered.
